News Flash!
All is well despite the huge disappointment caused by the postponement of my South Georgia expedition. How surprising and incredibly unfortunate that a major sponsor pulled out last minute, just before Christmas! Ouch! Unfortunately the state of the economy has effected many people far and wide.
However like we say in good ol' New Zealand - "No worries mate, onwards and upwards".
And so the New Year has begun and already it is whipping by.

More time to prepare for this epic journey can only be a good thing. Wahoo, let's go.

You go girl! I am so excited and proud of you. I know that this time you will make it. I am still emailing people and talk shows. I may have to be at the end of the journey, just to see your smiling face!
