Long swim for an Emperor Penguin

How fantastic,
The folks from New Zealand sure had a treat when this creature arrived on their shores.
I've been going to the Antarctic for 12 years and have yet to see an Emperor Penguin. I could have stayed at home all this time.

Day 09: Lama Hotel to Thulo Shyaphru Village (Langtang to Gosaikunda trek area) [2,250m- 6 - 7 hours by walk]
Day 10: Thulo Syabru to Sing Gompa [3,330m/ 5 hours by walk]
Day 11: Sing Gomba to Gosaikunda [4,380m/6 hours by walk]
Day 12: Gosaikunda - Pass (4,610m) to Thadepati Bhanjyang (3,690m/ 7- 8 hours walk]
Day 13: Thadepati to Kutumsang [2,470m/6 hours by walk]
Day 14: Kutumsang to Chisapani [2,165m/6 hours by walk]
Day 15: Chisapani to Sundarijal and drive back to Kathmandu [1,310m/4-5 hours]
